3. Account Registration and Authentication

  • You may create an account using email verification (OTP), Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • Users under 18 must have parental consent

SoulPoem is a premium subscription-based service that includes:

4.2 Billing and Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Available in monthly and yearly subscription plans
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Automatic renewal can be managed through your app store account
  • Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies

5. Artificial Intelligence and Content Generation

5.1 AI-Generated Content

  • Poems are generated using Google's Generative AI technology
  • Content is created based on your inputs, preferences, and mood data
  • While we strive for appropriate content, AI-generated material may occasionally be unexpected
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect or exactly as intended

5.2 Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of any personal data you provide
  • AI-generated poems created for you are for your personal use
  • SoulPoem retains rights to improve our AI models using anonymized, aggregated data

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Generate content that violates our community guidelines
  • Use the service to create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

7. Notifications and Communication

  • Push notifications are used for daily poem reminders and mood check-ins
  • You can control notification preferences in your device settings
  • We may send service-related communications via email
  • Marketing communications require your explicit consent
